Before this change, Webpack config files would not use the Webpack icon if the extension was .cjs.

Before this change, Webpack config files would not use the Webpack icon if the extension was
.cjs.This brings Webpack in line with other config files like
.babelrcand.eslintrcthat already had icon mappings for the.cjsextension.
