If you want to use TagList , your PC is needed ctags. to run apt-get install ctags or other command to fix it.

If you want to use YouCompleteMe , your PC is needed cmake and your vim version requires 7.3.584+ For Ubuntu to install $ cd ~/.vim/bundle/YouCompleteMe $ ./install.sh --clang-completer
