* fix: optimize API key and model configuration onboarding (AAswordman#762) - Validate DeepSeek API keys locally and reject non-ASCII, whitespace, control, and invisible characters. - Replace the text-only custom link with a clear secondary action for configuring other model providers. - Add an onboarding-specific configuration flow that saves pending edits, validates provider readiness, binds the selected configuration to CHAT, and refreshes the chat service before returning. - Unify toolbar, system, and gesture back handling while preserving standard model settings behavior. - Add coverage for key validation, provider readiness, key pools, and guarded navigation. * chore: add issue forms and title-only triage --------- Co-authored-by: luojiaping <luojiaping@users.noreply.github.com>
