This fix implements autofocus functionality on the title element within the issue create modal when creating bulk issues. Previously, users had to manually select the title field before inputting data, leading to inefficiencies in the bulk issue creation process. With this enhancement, the title field is automatically focused upon opening the modal, streamlining the workflow and improving user experience during bulk issue creation.
