Add 7 missing DataRetentionSettings configuration options to the compliance documentation:

  • TimeBetweenBatchesMilliseconds
  • RetentionIdsBatchSize
  • BoardsRetentionDays
  • EnableMessageDeletion
  • EnableFileDeletion
  • EnableBoardsDeletion
  • BatchSize

These settings provide better control over data retention job execution and performance.

Fixes #8160
