Created application that supports pagination from API

• Create application that supports pagination and sync it to my app so user can paginate through data
• Learned how to set up pagination in api to take in page number and limit
• Create next and previous functions in my page to tie to composable buttons to trigger pagination
• Ensure page is incremented on next() and decremented on previous()
