The following tests often fail CI with timeouts because the redirect pages don't load fast enough

We are redirecting to:

• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/crash-report
• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/technical-and-interaction-data

To avoid having our CI fail if something happens to slow down https://support.mozilla.org/, we should just check that the redirects are going to the correct URL, and not require the new page to load

Success Criteria

• /legal/privacy/firefox.html#crash-reporter redirect URL is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/crash-report
• /legal/privacy/firefox.html#health-report redirect URL is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/technical-and-interaction-data
• Flaky redirects are removed from playwright test suite
