While porting over the last of the VPNRC content, I noticed that the CSS for the Wagtail version looks slightly different from the Contentful version - there's more spacing around h2 and h3:

How to repro locally for dev

1. Pull a santiised production DB export with AWS_DB_S3_BUCKET=bedrock-db-prod make preflight
2. Start your local runserver
3. Go to http://localhost:8000/ru/products/vpn/resource-center/what-is-an-ip-address/

Then, because Staging and Dev are still (for now) showing the legacy content, they work as a good frame of reference
