Removing most v6-related code. Big cleanup!
Cleanup of most things related to Storybook v6. If users have a workspace using Storybook v6, they can run Storybook, but they cannot generate v6 Storybook. They are prompted to upgrade.
Removed extra tests, extra settings, extra configurations. Cleaned up docs, too. Docs may need more cleanup, will do followup PR if I find anything eventually.
No breaking changes! :)
