Organization required 2FA, I have 2FA enabled but I can't access the organization

My account has 2FA enabled with 4 different methods: Github mobile, SMS, passkey, and authenticator app.

When I try to access my client's organization that has 2FA required, it says that I should enable 2FA with one of these methods. There is a button to go to my profile page, but there 2FA is already activated.

How to fix this 2FA issue and access my client's organization?

Awesome that you have so many methods enabled - thanks for helping keep GitHub secure.

Do you know if this org disallows SMS? Even if you have other methods enabled, if this is disallowed you won't be able to access the org.

I'd recommend disabling the SMS and seeing if you're still encountering this.

Hello GitHub Support Team,

I am unable to access my GitHub account due to a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issue.

I was using SMS-based 2FA, but during login I receive the following message:
“Our SMS provider doesn't deliver to your area.”

I am not receiving any verification SMS on my registered phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my recovery codes, and I did not set up an authenticator app previously.

I kindly request your assistance in helping me regain access to my account or resetting my 2FA. I am happy to provide any information required to verify my identity.
