I was charged for GitHub Copilot Pro but I can't access Pro features

Hello GitHub Support,

I recently started a free trial of GitHub Copilot Pro. At first, I was able to use the Pro features, but later the Pro models stopped working — I couldn’t access GPT-4 or other Pro-level features anymore.

However, I just noticed that I was charged 33.71 THB, even though I no longer had access to Copilot Pro functionality.

Could you please:

• Verify the current status of my Copilot Pro subscription?
• Investigate why the Pro features were disabled during my trial period?
• Resolve this issue and refund the 33.71 THB charge if it was billed in error?

I hope you can help resolve this problem as soon as possible. I would appreciate your support in correcting this and returning the charge.

Yea, Hi there dont worry at all, This generally happens due to the Server Overload sometimes, it basically does not gets activated properly, best way is go to Billing area and explain the problem in a detailed way , You will get responded soon..
