Hello GitHub Support,

I recently started a free trial of GitHub Copilot Pro. Initially, I was able to access the Pro features (such as GPT-4), but after a short time, those features stopped working and I no longer had access to Copilot Pro functionality.

Despite this, I noticed that I was charged 33.71 THB, even though the subscription features appeared to be inactive during that period.

Could you please:

Confirm the current status of my Copilot Pro subscription?

Investigate why the Pro features were disabled during my trial period?

Review the 33.71 THB charge and issue a refund if it was billed in error?
