You should contact GitHub Support directly. Only they can recover the account or stop the billing.
In your support request, provide as many of these as possible.

  1. Email used to create the account
  2. Recent billing details (amount, date, payment method, last 4 digits)
  3. The token prefix you mentioned and Analytics ID prefix
  4. Usual login device, browser, location
  5. Mention that the account was created via Google sign-in and you've lost access

With that info, they can verify and help you
