i cant read diff in some commit

in commits within certain repos, the commit indicates that files have been modified, but the specific changes cannot be viewed after the page loads.

This is not a solution, this is a workaround.

I have the same issue in the linked commit, I can see list of files but can't see the diff. In my private repo I have the same problem, but worse: diff is shown for some files and not shown for the rest. So it can be very misleading. The commit view should show diff of all changed files or tell that something is hidden.

Some other examples:

completely no diff:

The above is not even a workaround, as does not show exact diff by a particular commit. I can't see diff when changed lines are many (e.g. https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/commit/e22257d929ebe256ebcb355d93e2f460f447de39) and it's started just recently. This makes Github webUI almost useless.
