I'm Will, a physician and researcher at @atroposhealth, working at the intersection of clinical medicine and informatics. I build tools that turn clinical data into research-grade evidence.

A few projects I'm proud of

• 🔑 coldkey: post-quantum age key generation with printable paper backups
• 🕵️ drape: hide secrets from LLMs when they read config files (.env, SOPS, YAML, JSON, TOML)
• 📇 Kindred: a self-hosted personal CRM with contacts, interactions, reminders, and journaling, plus CardDAV sync and full-text search
• 💡 LED-CCT-Controller: design files and firmware for an ESP32-based tunable-white LED controller
• 🤖 pikellm: a custom OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway (FastAPI + pydantic-ai + Postgres)

Outside of work

I'm into homelab tinkering, self-hosting, and home automation; building AI agents and experimenting with LLMs; 3D printing and design; road and trail biking; playing squash; and hanging out with my two whippets.
