Backend engineer focused on building reliable, maintainable systems. I spend most of my time writing Go, thinking about distributed systems, and occasionally going down infrastructure rabbit holes at 2am.
- Go β primary language, day-to-day work
- Python β scripting, tooling, data wrangling
- TypeScript β when the frontend can't be avoided
- Infra/DevOps β Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Databases β PostgreSQL mostly, some Redis and Kafka thrown in
- Building CLI tools that make local dev and deployment workflows less painful
- Exploring reliability patterns β retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation
- Reading more about consensus algorithms than is probably healthy

- Occasionally posting thoughts on distributed systems topics
If you're here from a PR review β yes, I left that comment intentionally.
