Polisplexity builds Local Digital Twin infrastructure for municipal transformation. We turn urban complexity into computable service layers: digital twins, AI agents, optimization models, semantic city data, and simulation workflows that help cities plan, operate, and adapt.

Polisplexity is developing an expandable Local Digital Twin architecture:
- V0 Base Twin: reusable territorial geometry, roads, buildings, green-blue structure, and multi-city shell.
- Logical Twin: data bundles, viewer state, scene logic, constraints, city-specific payloads, and service workflows.
- Semantic Seeds: civic anchors, mobility structures, daily-economy indicators, and starter city meaning.
- Add-On Packs: versioned service layers for planning, resilience, people-flow, municipal operations, environmental intelligence, sovereign deployment, and interoperability.
- Interoperability Route: smart data model readiness, normalized ingestion, context-broker logic, semantic transport, and reusable queryability.

Our Chile / Biobio waste optimization work is the strongest operational proof: route optimization, transfer and deposit-site scenarios, organic and inorganic collection logic, municipal service pressure, and GIS-based planning compressed from traditional consulting timelines into simulation-ready workflows.
Planning-ready city twins
Our Tallinn-facing direction sharpens the planning workflow: pre-BIM city snapshots, registry-connected planning logic, IFC-linked model intake, automated checks, and 3D explanation for participation and municipal validation.
