- Raise the documented ruku_number ceiling to 558 for ruku tafsir/translation/recitation endpoints.
- Add ruku_number query params to all /quran endpoints that already support the filter in the API.
* align ruku_number limits in v4 OpenAPI spec with API validation * update tafsir, recitation, and translation ruku endpoints to accept 1–558
* add ruku_number query param to every /quran resource that already filters by juz/hizb/etc * describe accepted range (1–558) so docs match API behaviour
