* add manzil_number (1–7) query param to all /quran routes already filtering by juz/hizb/ruku * note consistent manzil support across recitation, translation, tafsir, and verse script endpoints
* add /verses/by_manzil/{manzil_number} path with params/examples to v4 spec
* align response shape with existing structural verse endpoints
