What

  • Request access form now collects Hydra client URL fields and a single redirect/post-logout URI.
  • Payload maps these fields directly for the form handler.

Why

  • Needed to register complete Hydra client metadata.

- Send single redirect/post-logout URIs in payload
- Persist new fields in session storage defaults
- Update labels, helper text, and placeholders
