A Glimpse of Me

Hey, I’m Tanin, a CS grad from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET). I am a Secure Software developer at OpenRefactory, with a focus on Open Source Software Supply Chain Security.

As a security researcher, my daily focus is improving the open-source software security and I truly believe that breaking things in an appropriate way is essential for making them unbreakable. Although my primary focus is currently on open-source software security, I am looking forward to collaborating on open-source developements in the near future.

I am very passionate about Networking, Reverse Engineering, Malware Analysis, Kernel and Web development. I am particularly fond of CTFs and low-level topics like Firmware and Drivers.

I also write code for the web, but it is only a hobby.

Additionally, I develop desktop applications, and I will soon release my first desktop application for easy JSON and Database Navigation, written in Rust.

Right now, I am learning Advanced Data Structures and Algorithms, Kernel Debugging, Linux Driver Development and exploring Tauri & Leptos.

My Intellectual Curiosity

  • Open Source Supply Chain Security
  • Firmware and Kernel Security
  • Web3.0 & Blockchain Security
  • Advanced Data Structure and Algorithm
