What this PR does:

  • Updates explanation of variable shadowing in if-let
  • Adds clarification about let-chains in modern Rust

Why:

  • The Rust Book explanation is outdated for newer compilers
  • Prevents confusion for readers using current Rust

Notes:

  • No behavior change, documentation-only update
