varfilter have 3 functions [1] unhack() this function remove bad inputs

[2]imgsize this function check image size if image size grater than 5 mb
then it return FALSE
[3]isimg this function check upload file is a valid image this function
is only accept  jpg jpeg png gif and bmp images
