Building AI-native infrastructure for developers and agents.

Sylphx GitHub LinkedIn

I am a technical founder based in London. I have been building software products since 2006, across developer tools, consumer communities, games, automation, and now AI-native infrastructure.

These days I am focused on Sylphx: a platform and open-source tooling stack for developers who want to ship software with AI, agents, and production infrastructure without stitching everything together by hand.

Current direction

I like building practical tools around one question:

What would software look like if AI agents were first-class builders, not just chat boxes?

That usually means working on:

  • Agent infrastructure — tools, runtimes, context, filesystems, document processing, retrieval, and orchestration.
  • Developer platforms — deployment, auth, storage, jobs, AI gateways, observability, and product infrastructure.
  • Type-safe foundations — schemas, code generation, SDKs, and frameworks that make products easier to evolve.
  • Useful automation — small tools that solve real workflow pain, not just demos.

Selected work

Area Projects
AI agent tools pdf-reader-mcp, filesystem-mcp
Code intelligence CodeRAG, rag-server-mcp
AI dev workflow Sylphx Flow
Product foundations firestore_odm, Dart / Flutter / TypeScript tooling
Practical utilities Google Photos Delete Tool, ChatGPT Export, cursor-ai-downloads

Earlier products

Earlier projects gave me a lot of product and scale experience:

  • Co-founded Nakuz.com, a Hong Kong gaming community with 500K+ users.
  • Built Cubeage, mobile games with 10M+ downloads.
  • Built MiniMax / Funimax, Facebook social games with 10M+ monthly active users.

I still care about the same thing: building things people actually use.
