Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
It's hard for user to know when comments are left on a doc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Send a notification to document members (except the author of the comment) when a new comment is made.
Notification could be sent through the browser and via email.
As this can generate a lot of notification maybe we should batch them based on document ids and time frames.
