Feature Request

When a new user arrive, we want to onboard them with a discovery tour that shows them the main features of the application.

Necessary

• Uikit - Has to be merged and released: ✨ Add OnboardingModal and ContextMenu components ui-kit#153
• Backend - We must have a flag telling that the user has done is first login
