Closes #21526

Summary

This PR adds documentation for the style, sass, and less export conditions feature that was added in #7817 (v4.2.0) but remained undocumented.

Changes

  • Added a new Stylesheet Export Conditions subsection under resolve.conditions in the shared options documentation
  • Explains which export conditions are automatically applied when resolving stylesheets from packages
  • Includes example package.json configuration showing how to use these conditions
  • Provides usage examples for different stylesheet types (CSS, Sass, Less)

  • docs/config/shared-options.md - Added section after the main resolve.conditions documentation
