In #5130, it was decided that all the overflow-clip-margin-* properties don't accept percentages.
However, [the spec]https://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow-4/#overflow-clip-margin() still says "see individual properties" for all of them, but there is no individual properties to see.

They should probably say that percentages don't apply.
