#641 is incomplete and broken.
Remaining:
- Flash of unstyled content (FOUC) in DEV 👉 Technically impossible to fix to avoid FOUC for client components with the current architecture
- No styles in client components in PRD 👉 fix: No styles in client components in PRD #658
