For 15+ years I've worked in technology, the last decade building secure, scalable systems for government agencies and regulated industries: the Florida Department of Transportation, and before that, nuclear energy and utilities (Entergy, Exelon, Constellation). Now I apply that same rigor to AI systems and automation: LLM agents, MCP architectures, and intelligent workflow tools that hold up in high-compliance environments.
Currently contracted through GFT to support FDOT District 6's Program Management Unit, where I lead architecture and technical direction for internal tools and own the district's Power BI practice: workspaces, data governance, and reporting standards.

Designed and delivered the authoritative 5-year work program funding report for District 6 program managers and leadership, eliminating manual data compilation from disparate systems.
- Built a multi-stage SQL Server pipeline consolidating funded project data across all active work program items and phases for a 7-year fiscal window (2026–2032)
- Implemented three-tier version precedence (Tentative → Adopted → Candidate) and deferred-row exclusion logic to ensure only the most current, authoritative data reaches decision-makers
- Delivered three reporting surfaces: Excel workbook for offline planning, SSRS Paginated Report on Power BI Government cloud (filterable by program manager), and a Power BI Interactive Dashboard for trend analysis and QA validation
- Integrated work program and project management data sources with cross-database joins and indexed output tables optimized for manager, project, and phase filtering
