Follow-up to #3
What
This updates the versions in use for dataviews and scripts packages to the minimum that would work.
Why
#3 updated them so they'd work in most scenarios, fixing #2 This PR uses the stable versions.
How to test
Use WordPress 6.6 or WordPress 6.7, with and without the Gutenberg plugin active. Make sure the plugin still works.
