Follow up to #45311. Instead of searching for the string in the find pasteboard as soon as the pane is focused, we will now wait until the search bar is either deployed or `Select{Next|Prev}Match` is triggered. Release Notes: - N/A

Closes #17467 Release Notes: - On macOS, buffer search now syncs with the system find pasteboard, allowing <kbd>⌘E</kbd> and <kbd>⌘G</kbd> to work seamlessly across Zed and other apps.
