These Terms of Use (collectively the “Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions which are applicable to your use of any of the Applications (“App” or “Apps”) from Human Apps F.Z.E. In this policy, Human Apps F.Z.E may also refer to “Human Apps”, “We” or “Us”.
By installing, accessing or using the Apps, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and any other documents referred to herein, including without limitation our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not entitled to use the App, and you must uninstall and delete all copies from your device.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
By downloading or using our Apps, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: - copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App; - extract source code or make derivative works; - use our trademarks or branding without permission. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App remain with Human Apps F.Z.E.
The App includes AI-based features such as Face Swap and portrait generation. By uploading an image of your face or any visual content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the image for the sole purpose of generating the requested output.
Image data may be processed either locally or temporarily uploaded to our servers. All data is deleted shortly after generation is completed (typically within 10 minutes). We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties.
By using these features, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any content you upload.
Certain templates may include artistic or lightly suggestive content intended only for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree not to share this content with minors.
The App is rated 17+ in the Apple App Store, and we rely on Apple’s platform mechanisms to enforce age access. We do not implement additional in-app age gating.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate within the App. You agree not to: - upload or use images of other people without their consent; - create or share offensive, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
You retain ownership of your original content. Any AI-generated images are for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed without explicit permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as it may compromise security and functionality.
We may update or modify the App at any time and are not obligated to continue supporting any version. We may also terminate access to the App without prior notice. If so, your rights under these Terms will end, and you must delete the App from your device.
You agree to accept automatic updates to maintain compatibility and functionality.
We strive to provide a functional and reliable App but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for: - device compatibility issues; - connectivity or data charges; - third-party content or functionality.
