Microsoft Photo Editor adalah aplikasi manipulasi gambar untuk Windows 97–XP. Program ini telah digantikan oleh Microsoft Office Picture Manager, walaupun beberapa fitur Photo Editor tidak terdapat dalam Picture Manager.[1]
