₹70,000+ Cr worth of homes priced below ₹1 crore were sold across India’s major residential markets in H1 2026. MMR led the market by value, accounting for ₹25,874 crore in sales, followed by Pune at ₹17,474 crore. Together, the two markets contributed over 60% of the total sales value across Tier-1 cities in India. Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru followed, while Chennai, Kolkata and NCR recorded comparatively lower sales values.
