Last week, ~150 of us from Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Solutions and Rev Ops came together in Bangalore, with 30+ colleagues joining globally, to reflect on the first half of the year, recognize some exceptional work, and align on what comes next. We ended by building a futuristic city together: a slightly chaotic but fitting reminder that the best things rarely get built by one function alone. A lot more to do in H2. After 7 years in a GSI managing ISVs, the big transition I made last year to the other side proved to be more steep and rewarding than I ever imagined. Achieving this milestone as a top contributor during a record-breaking half-year for our partnerships team feels surreal. This success could be achieved only through constant reimagination, operational autonomy, and the unwavering support from Srihari BT and Vispi Daver leading our partnership strategy. Thanks to my Partners, Teammates, and colleagues from the many other departments. This weekend, we sleep with a smile. On Monday, we roll back to hustle.

Khadim Batti liked thisKhadim Batti liked thisMost of the AI application debate is about software budgets - will agents replace SaaS, will incumbents keep distribution, will workflows get rebuilt around models. But software budgets are only a small pool of spend. The larger cost pools sit in the work itself - processing claims, preparing underwriting files, chasing renewals, answering customer requests - moving data between systems. Software has improved these workflows for decades, but the outcome usually stayed with people. That is the equation AI native services flip - companies that sell completed workflows, and hence outcomes, not just another piece of software. My colleague Swapnali and I have spent the last several months meeting hundreds of companies building in this space. We have written a series of articles that distil what we are seeing - the patterns that keep recurring, and the lens we have started using to make sense of them.
