FSU Libraries participates in the Ask a Librarian consortium coordinated by the Tampa Bay Library Consortium (TBLC), a statewide virtual reference service connecting Florida residents with library expertise via live chat. During our locally staffed hours, you'll be connected directly with an FSU librarian who can assist with FSU-specific resources, research, and services. Outside of those hours, our chat seamlessly transfers to the statewide Ask a Librarian desk, where librarians from Florida academic and public libraries are available to help with your questions.
When both FSU Libraries chat and the TBLC Ask a Librarian service are unavailable, you can still reach us. Submit your question anytime using our email form or to email us directly, and a member of our staff will respond promptly when we reopen.
