Experiences in Attollo Recruit

Hi! My name is Tahri Phillips (she/her). I am a second-year master’s research student at the University of Oxford, under the supervision of Dr. Michael Fanner. In my research study titled “Students’ Perceptions of and Experiences in Attollo Recruit,” I aim to explore how students define and experience a sense of belonging and how they perceive Attollo Recruit and its impact on their sense of belonging. I graduated from Linden Hall in Lititz, PA in 2019. I went on to receive my Bachelor's degree in English and Cognitive and Behavioral Science from Washington and Lee University in 2023.
