Does the free plan expire?
No. Free isn't a 14-day trial: it's free forever and asks for no card. It covers 1 site and 10,000 comments a month. When your community grows past that, that's when Pro starts to make sense.
Do you sell my data, or my users' data?
Never. We don't insert ads, we don't load third-party trackers, and we don't share data with anyone. On Business you can export every comment to CSV whenever you want — if you ever leave, you leave with everything.
Does it work with my CMS or framework?
Yes. The widget is a standard Web Component, so it behaves the same in plain HTML, in Hugo, in Astro, or inside React, Vue and Svelte. For WordPress there's an official plugin that replaces native comments and updates itself.
What happens if I go over my monthly comment limit?
We email you at 80% of your quota. If you hit 100%, new comments pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted: your entire history stays visible and accessible.
How do my readers sign in?
With Google, with Discord, or with email and password. The session lives inside the widget, so they never have to leave your page to comment.
How much moderation is included?
All the fundamentals, starting on the free plan: pre-approval, word and domain filters, spam and duplicate detection, community reports, and per-site bans. Pro adds bulk moderation, regex filters, and up to 2 team moderators.
