🌙 Raya at Touch ’n Go: Building Connections Through Culture This year’s Raya celebration at Touch ’n Go was a meaningful reflection of what it means to come together as one organisation. The day kicked off at the courtyard with a vibrant Zapin performance, bringing employees from across the office together and setting the tone for a celebration rooted in culture, connection, and togetherness. One of the key highlights was the Raya Open House by floors, a concept that encouraged us to step away from our desks and devices and connect with one another in real space. Each floor brought its own festive décor and unique Raya flavour, creating welcoming spaces for colleagues to mingle, explore, and share conversations beyond their usual teams. More than just a festive celebration, the open‑house experience fostered cross‑floor interactions, strengthened relationships, and reinforced the sense of community that defines our workplace. It was a reminder that meaningful connections are built not just through technology, but through shared moments and experiences. At Touch ’n Go, events like these reflect our DNA — fostering inclusivity, togetherness, and meaningful employee experiences. As we continue to move forward with the Terus Je spirit, we remain committed to creating experiences that bring our people closer together, strengthen our culture, and support how we work and grow as one organisation. #TouchNGo #LifeAtTNG #RayaCelebration #RayaBersama #CelebratingTogether

We recently had the opportunity to engage with Monash University Malaysia, as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening campus partnerships, enhancing our industry presence, and giving back to the next generation of talent. At Touch ’n Go, we believe progress isn’t just about innovation and growth. It’s also about investing time, knowledge, and leadership into preparing future professionals for the real world. Through this engagement, our people stepped forward to share honest, practical insights that help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. Sumathi Chandran (Risk Management) led a session on “Transitioning from Student to Professional”, offering students valuable perspectives on workplace realities, professional mindset, and the importance of risk awareness early in their careers. Jolene Jeremiah (Employer Branding & Engagement) shared practical guidance on building strong, relevant resumes and how students can make better use of the right platforms to secure internships and open doors to future employment opportunities. These conversations go beyond career advice; they reflect our belief in empowering future talent with clarity, confidence, and real‑world readiness. By showing up on campus and sharing our experiences, we’re proud to play a role in shaping a more prepared, capable, and resilient workforce for the future. We look forward to continuing these meaningful collaborations and creating more opportunities to support students as they take their first steps into the working world. #LifeAtTNG #TouchNGoMY #IndustryPartnerships #CampusEngagement

Acts of Ihsan and Togetherness this Ramadan 🕌 Last Friday, our volunteers came together for Harapan Ramadan, a meaningful initiative held in collaboration with CIMB Islamic and Masjid Ar-Rahah. The day unfolded through two impactful sessions: 🍲 Shift 1 - volunteers kicked off the morning by cooking and packing warm, fragrant bubur lambuk, braving the heat and steam in the spirit of service. 📦 Shift 2 - volunteers carried the momentum forward, packing the remaining bubur lambuk alongside volunteers from CIMB Islamic, with each pack prepared to be shared with the community later that evening. 💝 To further extend the blessings of Ramadan, 100 asnaf individuals from the Bangsar South community received Kotak Rezeki Ramadan which are care packages filled with essential items such as rice, cooking oil, biscuits and other daily necessities to support them throughout the holy month. Touch ’n Go was represented by Encik Shahrizan, Chief Software and Data Architect, alongside Encik Ken Kamal, Regional Head of Business Development and Corporate Initiatives at CIMB Islamic. After iftar, our volunteers continued lending a helping hand by assisting recipients in carrying their Kotak Rezeki Ramadan to their vehicles, a small gesture that reflects the true spirit of compassion and community. 🌙 Ramadan reminds us of the power of togetherness, strengthening bonds, building resilience and appreciating the blessings we share. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible volunteers for your time, energy and dedication in making this initiative possible. #HarapanRamadan #TouchNGo #Ramadan2026 #CommunityCare #Ihsan #Togetherness

This year at Touch 'n Go, we welcomed the Lunar New Year with an energising Lion Dance performance, a tradition that symbolises renewal, prosperity, and the unity we share as one TNG family. The acrobatic performance at the courtyard drew colleagues from across the building before the troupe brought colour and festive energy through our main lobby and office floors for the much‑anticipated table blessing ceremony. The excitement and smiles across every floor truly reflected the spirit of the season. As we step into the Year of the Horse, we embrace its symbolism of strength, momentum and courage, qualities that remind us to “Terus Je”. It is a timely call to keep moving forward with resilience and take on every challenge with confidence. Here’s to a year filled with energy, clarity and new breakthroughs. Gong Xi Fa Cai to all our customers, vendors, stakeholders and of course, our employees. Wishing everyone good health and prosperity as we gallop into 2026. #TouchNGo #OneTNG #TNGGroup #CNY #LunarNewYear #YearOfTheHorse #TerusJe

Celebrating Our IAC Pre-Vocational Programme Students 🎉 On 14 February, students, parents, and teachers gathered to celebrate a meaningful milestone at the IAC Pre-Vocational Training Programme Year-End Assembly. The event marked the successful completion of the academic year, with students graduating from their current level and progressing to the next stage of their learning journey. Our partnership with IDEAS Autism Centre (IAC) began in 2023 with a shared mission: to support autistic children aged 10–14 from the B40 community through a structured pre-vocational training programme. The initiative equips students with essential communication and moral values, as well as academic and self-management skills, helping prepare them for future participation in the labour market and income-generating opportunities. Now entering its fourth year, the programme has supported a total of 24 students from IAC Rawang and IAC Nilai, all of whom have shown remarkable progress and are advancing to the next level. Witnessing these transformations and meaningful growth, Touch ’n Go is proud to reaffirm its commitment by continuing to fund the programme through 2028, a testament to our long-term support for this community. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the students and our appreciation to the educators and families whose dedication makes this journey possible. #TouchnGo #CommunityImpact #Inclusivity #AutismAwareness #Empowerment #SocialImpact

Celebrating Chinese New Year Through Inclusion, Joy and Purpose 🧧 On 12 February, Touch ’n Go, together with volunteers from CIMB Foundation, spent a meaningful morning with the students of the Spastic Children Association of Selangor & Federal Territory (SCAS&FT) as part of our CNY Festive Outreach initiative. What began with an insightful introduction to Cerebral Palsy by SCAS&FT’s Head Teacher soon turned into a morning filled with creativity and connection, from Tang Yuan air-clay making and dumpling sessions to a lively CNY sensory class. The highlight? A joyful percussion performance by the students that had the entire room clapping and singing along, a beautiful reminder that inclusion is not just about awareness, but shared experiences. Beyond the festivities, CIMB Foundation distributed ang pows to the students and presented a shopping voucher to support SCAS&FT’s ongoing needs, reinforcing our collective commitment to meaningful impact. At Touch ’n Go, we believe progress goes beyond mobility and payments. It’s about building communities that are inclusive, compassionate and empowered. Thank you to our volunteers and partners for turning this celebration into something truly memorable. #TouchNGo #CommunityImpact #Sustainability #Inclusion #CSR #CNY2026
