Nell’ambito del #Servathon di #StopHunger, il Regional Leadership Team Europeo ha vissuto concretamente i valori aziendali dello spirito di servizio e spirito di squadra presso l’Opera Messa della Carità a Milano. ❤️ Una giornata di volontariato attivo: cucinare, servire e supportare una realtà che ogni giorno prepara quasi 200 pasti per chi vive una condizione di fragilità, grazie anche al sostegno costante del Banco Alimentare, che supporta l’Opera con la fornitura di derrate alimentari. 🙏 Un grazie al team Sodexo Italia, a Nathalie Brindeau, ai fornitori DAC, Ortofrutticola Bizeta e Zini Prodotti Alimentari SpA per il contributo alla giornata, e a tutti i volontari che ogni giorno combattono l’insicurezza alimentare. 💛 E grazie ai volontari dell’Opera Messa della Carità, che ci sono stati vicini guidandoci nel servizio e che ogni giorno incarnano il valore più profondo del nostro impegno: essere al servizio delle comunità. #StopHunger #Servathon #SodexoItalia #Volontariato #ImpattoSociale #Leadership

    Last week, our Continental Europe Regional Leadership Team stepped out of meeting rooms to live our values in action, as part of Stop Hunger’s Servathon, the global volunteer movement that Sodexo teams have carried forward for over 30 years. In Europe, 8.5% of people cannot afford a proper meal: a reminder of why our commitment to fighting hunger truly matters. Hosted by Opera Messa della Carità, our leaders spent the morning cooking, serving, supporting guests, and working side‑by‑side with volunteers who dedicate themselves daily to fighting food insecurity. More than 200 meals are prepared and served there every day, and that’s a powerful reminder of why #StopHunger exists and why our commitment matters far beyond our business! This wasn’t a symbolic gesture. It was hands‑on work, human connection, and a chance to listen, learn, and contribute. It was also a moment to reflect on the responsibility we carry as leaders: ensuring that our decisions, our partnerships, and our actions continue to create positive impact in the communities we serve. A heartfelt thank you to the #SodexoItaly team for the flawless organization, to our suppliers who contributed ingredients and support, and to the volunteers who welcomed us with openness and trust.
