Winter Events in Provincetown

Provincetown is a winter wonderland… with lots of sparkle!

Late November features the lighting of the Pilgrim Monument and the Lobster Pot Tree. December features the return of Holly Folly (every weekend in December!), shops are open with fabulous sales, eateries are open, the Gay Men’s Chorus plays at Town Hall, and the annual Santa Run in festive (but skimpy) swimsuits! And if skimpy Santa suits in December are not enough, Provincetown kicks off the New Year with First Light – a weekend packed full of events. On December 31st, the Town will host its annual Drone Show off MacMillan Pier beginning at 6pm! And kick-off the New Year with the annual Polar Bear Plunge to raise funds for Coastal Studies.
