We ran a poll asking our LinkedIn community what they feel most comfortable using AI for throughout the market research process. 🕵🏻♀️ The results are in and analysis and synthesis (57%) took the top spot. When it comes to crunching and interpreting data, AI feels like a natural fit. While AI moderated interviews and sample augmentation took more of a backseat. As AI technologies rapidly expand in their capabilities, the conversation around AI’s role in research is only just getting started. As AI capabilities evolve, will we see a shift in comfort levels integrating them into more places? Guess we'll have to run another poll in a couple months to find out! What’s your take?
AI is integrating into every stage of the research process: from asking questions through AI moderated interviews, answering questions through augmented and synthetic samples, to uncovering insights through data analysis and synthesis. As AI becomes more prominent, discussion and debate within the insights community is heightening surrounding trust and ethical implications. 🤖 Where do you think AI is best suited to play a part in research?
