  • When will my magazine be delivered?

    Your first print issue usually arrives in 4–8 weeks. Ship times can vary due to when your order is placed within the publication cycle. Please note that ELLE publishes 9 times a year, Summer and December/January are combined issues and count as two issues as indicated on the issue’s cover. The digital version of your magazine is available immediately in our app starting on the dates listed below.

  • What can I get for free?

  • Why am I completely blocked from reading some ELLE stories?

    You must be trying to read an exclusive story or just have hit the maximum number of free articles for your 30-day limit. If you are not already a print and digital subscriber, you will need to subscribe first. If you have already purchased a print and digital subscription but have not yet created an account, visit our site and click “Sign Up” in the top-right corner using the same email you used to purchase your print and digital subscription and set a new password. If you have signed in before, simply log in.

    Once logged in, you will gain access to all print and digital subscription content and benefits.

  • If I signed up for a print and digital subscription, how do I access the current digital issue and archived issues?

    1. Go to the App Store or Google Play on your device.

    2. Search for the ELLE Magazine app in the store.

    3. Download the app on your device and launch it.

    4. Tap the “Subscribe” icon in the app and under “Existing Subscribers” enter your email and ZIP code to log in.

  • Can I only subscribe to the print magazine?

    Subscribing to ELLE All Access is the only way to receive the print magazine, but you can choose not to use the other benefits.

  • Are ELLE print and digital subscriptions available to international subscribers?

    The annual options are available to both U.S. and Canada residents only, and anyone with a U.S.-currency-based card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay) can subscribe to the monthly digital-only option.
