Enjoy the comforts and amenities of airport lounges if your flight is delayed. This benefit comes complimentary with your Travel Easy insurance and here’s how it works:

1. Purchase any Travel Easy insurance plan
2. You will receive a Thank You email + registration email for Delay Lounge Pass.
3. Registration is compulsory and must be completed at least 3 hours before the original flight departure time.
4. If your scheduled flight is delayed by 2 hours or more, you will automatically be issued a Flight Delay Pass voucher with QR code via email that grants you airport lounge access. SMS notification will also be sent.

Important information

1. Delay Lounge Pass benefit is applicable to Travel Easy International Single Trip (Return), One-Way and Annual plans. Domestic (within Malaysia) plans are not eligible for Delay Lounge Pass.
2. Delay Lounge Pass benefit is applicable for any airline.
3. Travel Easy Annual Plan Delay Lounge Pass is only applicable forfour (4) round trips of your choosing throughout your policy period.
4. Only applicable for scheduled flight delays of 2 hours or more.
5. Only applicable for flight delays that are notified within 24 hours from the original scheduled departure time.
6. Registration is compulsory to activate the Delay Lounge Pass benefit. Registration closes 3 hours prior to original scheduled departure time. Walk-ins at the lounges without prior registration are not permitted.
7. Please ensure all details of insured person(s) are accurate (same as boarding pass). This includes Name, Departure Date, Flight Number, Email and Mobile Number.

If your flight is delayed, you can make a claim on the Tune Protect App and receive payment instantly upon approval via DuitNow. The claims payout is as follows:

• Pays RM200 for the first complete 3 hours of delay
• Pays RM200 for every complete 6 hours of delay thereafter

Important Notes

• Travel Delay Instant Claim is only available for claims made on the Tune Protect App.
• This benefit is available only for Individual travel insurance plans (Family plan not available)
• If selected payment method is DuitNow, policy holder can receive the payout immediately upon approval.

If you need to be hospitalized overseas while travelling, you can obtain a Guarantee Letter that ensures you don’t have to pay for the medical bills first (which can be very expensive). Just follow these easy steps:

• Contact Europ Assistance (+603 7628 3650) before hospital admission (otherwise charges may apply).
• Provide your Identification Card (IC) or Passport number for verification.
• A Declaration Form will be issued for your acknowledgement.
• Upon signing the Declaration Form, Europ Assistance will provide the hospital with a Guarantee Letter.
• If medical transportation is required, Europ Assistance will coordinate with the hospital to ensure your needs are met.

• Cashless Hospital Admission Overseas benefit is only available under the COVID Plus Plan.
• This benefit does not require additional premium and is available automatically with COVID Plus Plan.

Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia or holder of a work permit, employment pass, dependent pass, long-term social visit pass, or student pass issued by the relevant authorities in Malaysia which is valid at the time of issuance of this Policy and who is legally residing in Malaysia.
