FILIPIÑANA opens today at @FilmForumNYC. It was one of the best films at this year's Sundance, and is surely among the best of the year. It's also be gorgeous, and I highly recommend seeing it on a big screen.
I’m happy Ridley Scott is still churning out films, but I wish THE DOG STARS were better. I also couldn’t help but think how the young Ridley Scott, the aesthete, would have handled this material.
