Sure, you want the simplest solution. But reliability engineering involves adding complexity for the sake of resilience to failure (see: RAID) Asking for the simple solution to Just Be Better is naive. Adding capabilities that provide flexibility is the way. Embrace change.

Check it out! 🚨 SLOs simple to understand but strangely hard to get right and to effectively use over time. Nobl9 has a lot of cool tools like this new slogpt.ai to help out, and they can help you figure out what your SLOs might be.

I like seeing cool platforms built atop cool platforms. @nobl9inc is doing terrific work helping companies manage with SLOs, and they built some powerful AI-based tooling atop @googlecloud Vertex AI. cloud.google.com/blog/topics/pa…

I mean its not wrong

The thing about LLMs that make them unintuitive is that analogizing them to having a scifi AI is less useful than thinking of them as infinite copies of some guy named Steve, a grad student who is great at coding & art and is widely-read, but makes up stuff when he is pressed.
