Congratulations to Sony Pictures Entertainment and Universal Pictures International Entertainment on outstanding box office results, and to our partners IMAX and CJ 4DPLEX for delivering experiences that simply cannot be replicated at home. This weekend continued to demonstrate that cinema audiences are seeking out premium cinema experience. And most importantly, a massive well done and thank you to all of our teams who made these achievements possible. These results are a testament to their hard work, passion and dedication. The vibe is 1996. 📼 Last week, colleagues from across Cineworld came together at our flagship Leicester Square cinema for Cineworld Connect – a special edition celebrating 30 years of Feeling More. The day was all about looking back at three incredible decades, celebrating the people who’ve shaped our journey, and looking ahead to what’s next for Cineworld. Alongside updates from teams across the business, we celebrated colleagues with over 30 years at Cineworld, and embraced a little 90s nostalgia. A huge thank you to everyone who made the day such a success—and to all of our colleagues, past and present, who have been part of the Cineworld story over the last 30 years.
