Aleksandra Kucza shared thisAnother sunny morning in Barcelona and another beautiful encounter that I'm happy to share here. An incredible recruiter herself and a successful entrepreneur, Diana Haltermann showed me around the offices of her company Talented International (and what a view!). It's fantastic to see how talented people make great things! We talked about: current trends in recruiting, industries that struggle with attracting best talent and why, is AI good for you (yes, when partnered with a smart recruiter ;-) and where is the investment money going to right now. That, and a lot of gossip... 😉 Diana and Talented Intl are on my list of recommended recruiting firms, and yes, you guessed it, they recruit internationally (Germany, the NL and the UK being their top markets). Check them out if you have a recruiting need. Who else will I be reconnecting with (in person or virtually) soon?

After taking some time to reset, invest in learning, and connect with a wide range of inspiring professionals, I gained fresh perspective on the market and where I want to focus next. It was a valuable reminder of the power of stepping back to move forward with clarity. I’m deeply grateful for my time at Moody's Analytics, and for the incredible colleagues and leaders across Europe who supported, challenged, and inspired me. I’m joining ACAMS at such a pivotal moment for financial services, and I am very enthusiastic to work alongside such a talented team across Europe as we tackle the evolving challenge of financial crime through data, technology, and collaboration. I am truly inspired by the vision set by the leadership team and look forward to working with Neil Sternthal, Geoff Miller, Angela Salter and many others as we build on that momentum.
