The numbers reframe how I think about every event we run. 82.5% are investing in AI to solve a defined revenue or cost problem. And they are doing it right now. Only 2.4% are doing it for innovation signal. 77.5% are at C-suite, MD or Owner level. 65.1% can approve a new tool in days or weeks. 55.1% report Shadow AI is already common inside their business. Stack the signals: 53.3% of the room meets every buyer criterion at once. Most events sell sponsorship on brand presence. Ours sells access to a structurally different room. Recruitment is changing faster than most agencies are willing to admit. Where RPO/MSP is heading... 1. AI is doing all the usual time-laboured stuff (and getting more efficient by the day) -Screening CVs. -Booking interviews. -Answering candidate questions. 2. RPO vs MSP phasing out, as clients look for joined-up bespoke offerings -Most clients want one view of talent. -Permanent, contract, interim, all joined up in a solution. -Separation is phasing out. 3. Talent isn’t local anymore -Remote is the new normal. -The best teams won’t sit in one city or one timezone. Delivery models need to reflect that. 4. Cost savings aren’t the win. Every client tries to claim that. -The real value is speed, insight, and better decisions, with better data. Help clients hire better, faster, smarter.
