Pawel Kukulka reacted on thisPawel Kukulka reacted on thisEnd of an era. Beginning of a new one. After almost three years, the time has come for me to close the chapter on DiversiFHI Hospitality. What started as a leap into something new became one of the most formative periods of my career. Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working alongside some brilliant people as clients, colleagues, peers, partners and mentors and contributing to an incredible variety of businesses, projects and transformations. I've worked with independent hotels and international brands, supported commercial strategies and revenue performance, navigated conversions and openings, built processes and structures, worked through complex system and digital transformations, and been trusted to step into businesses at moments when experience, clarity and momentum were needed. And somewhere amongst all of that, I grew too. DiversiFHI gave me the opportunity to stretch myself, test my thinking, strengthen my leadership and understand much more clearly the kind of impact I want to have in this industry. So this post is, above everything else, one of gratitude. To every client who trusted me with their business. To every colleague and peer who collaborated, challenged, debated, problem-solved and occasionally survived the chaos alongside me. To the mentors and leaders who have shared their experience, opened doors, advocated for me and helped shape the way I think. And to everyone who has recommended me, introduced me, picked up the phone, shared an opportunity or simply said, “I think you should speak to Rox.” Thank you. There has always been a bigger career milestone I was working towards. I knew what I wanted my next chapter to look like, and I was prepared to be patient rather than move simply for the sake of moving. Now, that opportunity has arrived. So I close DiversiFHI incredibly proud of what it became, grateful for everything it taught me and even more grateful for the people who were part of it. Almost three years of building, learning, stretching, delivering and occasionally figuring things out as I went. Every project, every challenge, every conversation and every person along the way has contributed something to the professional I am today. And now it's time. The next chapter begins. A career milestone I have patiently been holding out for and one I cannot wait to step into. In Just over a week I will be taking up my new Role with Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA as Director of Revenue Strategy and Distribution.❤️ ( as I attempt to tag everyone, i apologize if i miss anyone out ) Debora Carnicer Ally Northfield Helen Wilkinson Clare Anna Gamon Bharati Bagai Bianka Vu Doan Kate Murphy Alex Whitmore Dawn Baring Nat Rakowska Jo Stringa Jo Webb Julia Marshall Susanne Williams Jutta Moore Mandy Pugh Naveed Khan Thomas Finn Jason Gossop, FHOSPA Cert RM George Titlow Mahmut Aslan Amey Anturkar Hassan Mussana Gillani Clarence Mapfidza Mirdo Budiaci
